With advanced automatic SMT machine from Japan Juki and automatic inserting machine from USA Universal.

Automatic SMT machine could pick and place 21,000 components each hour

while automatic inserting machine could place 21,000 thru-hole led each hour.

Reflow soldering & wave soldering & post soldering process

Re-flow soldering machine and wave soldering machine are lead free.

The workers will review every modules.If the soldering point is faulty,they will correct it.

And they will solder the bulky connectors,capacitors,resistors in this process.

Assembly workshop

Cabinets,power supply,fans,flat cable,control systems are assembled by experienced workers using automatic assemble line.

In this process,the cabinet should do strict water-proof test.
